Item 8.01. Other Events.

On May 23, 2023, the Company filed an application with the Financial Industry Regulation Authority (FINRA) in order to change the name and trading symbol of the Company. The Company is seeking to change the name of the Company from Trend Innovations Holding Inc. to Avant Technologies Inc. to better reflect the current business of the Company.
