Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On June 1, 2023, Canterbury Park Holding Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Form 8-K to furnish a presentation given by Company management at the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). This amendment to Form 8-K is being filed to update the presentation to correct typographic errors and provide additional information discussed at the Annual Meeting regarding the Company’s recently approved 5-year strategic plan.
