On October 20, 2020, Ms. Kristie Feinberg gave notice to the Invesco DB Multi-Sector Commodity Trust (the “Trust”) that she is resigning from her position as a member of the Board of Managers of Invesco Capital Management LLC (the “Managing Owner”) and as a principal of the Managing Owner, effective as of the close of business on October 30, 2020. The Managing Owner is currently considering Ms. Feinberg’s replacement.
