On June 15, 2026, Dauch Corporation (Dauch) issued a press release announcing that its represented workforce, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) Local 2093, at its Three Rivers Manufacturing Facility in Michigan ratified a new four-year collective bargaining agreement.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
