On June 23, 2026, Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Elite” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM EDT. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
