EXPLANATORY NOTE
Aziyo Biologics, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K/A solely to correct typographical errors in the press release issued on August 9, 2021 announcing the Company's financial results for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2021 (the “Original Press Release”). The corrections to the Original Press Release are noted in the corrected press release attached hereto and relate to typographical errors in the Research and development line item of the Company’s Consolidated Statement of Operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021. Other than the foregoing, no other changes have been made to the Original Press Release.
Item 2.02. Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On August 9, 2021, the Company issued the Original Press Release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release, as corrected, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
