July 12, 2022, Greenwich LifeSciences, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Food and Drug Administration has removed the previously
disclosed clinical hold on the Flamingo-01 Phase III clinical trial and is allowing the clinical trial to proceed. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
