SECTION 5 – CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Item 5.02 Election of Directors.
On April 3, 2023, Mr. James Gibbons nominated Mr. David Fox and Mr. Mehdi Al Abduwani to the Board of Directors. There being four members of the board, all voted unanimously to appoint the following as Directors:
David Fox
Mehdi Al Abduwani
Mr. Fox and Mr. Al Abduwani will serve on the board until the next shareholders’ meeting.
Mr. Fox and Mr. Al Abduwani will not serve on any committees until after the next shareholders’ meeting.
