Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 23, 2021, Vallon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing the achievement of last patient last visit in its pivotal SEAL study evaluating its lead program, ADAIR, a proprietary abuse-deterrent formulation of immediate-release dextroamphetamine for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and narcolepsy. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
