Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
Horizon Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company's financial results for the first quarter of 2020 will be released after the market close on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. Management will also host a conference call to discuss the Company's financial results for the first quarter of 2020 on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 7:30 a.m. CT (8:30 a.m. ET).
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
