Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 20, 2026, Liberty Broadband Corporation (the “Company”) announced that interested shareholders and analysts are invited to participate in a brief quarterly Q&A session following the completion of the prepared remarks on GCI Liberty, Inc.’s first quarter earnings conference call. During this Q&A session management will be accepting questions regarding GCI Liberty, Inc. and the Company. The conference call will be held on Thursday, May 7^th, at 11:15 a.m. (E.T.). The call may discuss the financial performance and outlook of the Company, as well as other forward looking matters.
