Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 8, 2021, Liberty Latin America Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that it will be removing the role of Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) and that the business leaders for Cable & Wireless, VTR, and Liberty Puerto Rico will report directly to Balan Nair, the Company’s CEO. Accordingly, Betzalel Kenigsztein, formerly the Company’s COO, has been appointed as the Executive Director and General Manager of Cable & Wireless Panama.

The Company also announced that Vivek Khemka, previously the Company’s Chief Technology and Product Officer, will be relocating from Denver, Colorado to Santiago, Chile to become the General Manager of VTR. For more information regarding these organizational changes, see the Company’s March 8, 2021 press release, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
