Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 8, 2026, Lifeway Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its expectation that net sales for the year ended December 31, 2025 will be in the range of $211.0 to $212.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2025.

Participation in the ICR Conference
Morton Grove, IL — January 8, 2026 — Lifeway Foods, Inc. (Nasdaq: LWAY) (“Lifeway” or “the Company”), the leading U.S. supplier of kefir and fermented probiotic foods, today announced that the Company will participate in the ICR Conference on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 in Orlando, Florida.
