On September 16, 2021,

Orchid Island Capital, Inc. (the

“Company”) announced that the

Board of Directors of

the Company

declared a

dividend for

the month

of September

2021 of

$0.065 per

share of

the Company’s

common stock

to be

paid on

October 27, 2021

to holders of

record on September

30, 2021, with

an ex-dividend date

of September 29,

2021. In addition,

the Company

announced certain

details of

its RMBS

portfolio as

of August

31, 2021

as well as

certain other

information

regarding the Company.

herein by this reference.
