On November 10, 2022, the Board of Directors of Patrick Industries, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share of common stock, which will be payable on December 12, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 28, 2022.

(NASDAQ: PATK) today announced that on November 10, 2022, its Board of Directors (the “Board”) approved an increase in the amount of its quarterly cash dividend on its common stock to $0.45 per share from $0.33 per share. The dividend is payable on December 12, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 28, 2022.
