Planet 13 Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) filed on SEDAR+ a Notice of Meeting and Record Date that its annual meeting of shareholders will occur on June 10, 2025 (the “Annual Meeting”) with a record date of April 14, 2025. The time and location of the Annual Meeting will be as set forth in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting. A copy of the Notice of Meeting and Record Date filed on SEDAR+ is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
