On April 18, 2022, Rekor Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain unaudited preliminary financial results for its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. All information in the press release is approximate due to the preliminary nature of the announcement and is subject to normal quarter-end accounting review.
