On October 30, 2025, Safe and Green Development Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has satisfied and retired all of its outstanding convertible debt obligations. Safe and Green Development Corporation Announces Satisfaction of All Outstanding Convertible Debt

 

Miami, FL – October 30, 2025 – Safe and Green Development Corporation (NASDAQ: SGD) (“SG Devco” or the “Company”), a real estate and technology development company, today announced that it has satisfied in full and retired all of its outstanding convertible debt obligations.

 

This milestone marks a significant achievement in strengthening the Company’s balance sheet and demonstrates management’s commitment to accelerating operational momentum across its strategic growth initiatives.

Formed in 2021, it focuses primarily on the direct acquisition and indirect investment in properties across the United States that are intended for future development into green single-family or multifamily housing projects.
