On April 30, 2025, Sezzle Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s intention to commence investor and analyst presentations as further described under Item 8.01. On May 7, 2025, a copy of the investor presentation will be available through the investor relations page of the Company’s website at investor.sezzle.com in conjunction with the Company’s earnings call for first quarter 2025 results. On April 30, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, quarterly earnings release for first quarter 2025 results, and upcoming investor conferences in which the Company attends to participate between May 12, 2025 and June 25, 2025.
