On October 28, 2020, Spok Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

On October 28, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors (the "Board") declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share of the Company's common stock payable on December 10, 2020 to stockholders of record on November 16, 2020.
