(the “Preliminary Prospectus”) to its effective shelf registration statement pursuant to Rule 424 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) and a
 
free writing prospectus
 
pursuant to Rule 433 under the Securities Act with respect to an offering of $300 million in 3.18% Senior Notes due 2051. The offering is expected to be completed on August 20, 2021, subject to customary closing condition
