Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 11, 2022, Talos Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Talos’s Executive Vice President – Low Carbon Strategy and Chief Sustainability Officer, Robin Fielder, will participate in a one-on-one fireside chat with Jeff Robertson of Water Tower Research on July 13, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
