Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On February 28, 2025, Table Trac Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 28, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2025. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Table Trac Announces Quarterly Dividend

MINNETONKA, Minn., February 28, 2025 – On February 28,2025 the Board of Directors of Table Trac Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCQX: TBTC) approved a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.02 per share. The dividend is payable on March 28, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2025.
