Other Events.

On November 3, 2023, Table Trac Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.01 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 22, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2023. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

MINNETONKA, MN, November 6, 2023 - On November 3, 2023, The Board of Directors of Table Trac Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCQX: TBTC) approved a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.01 per share. The dividend is payable on December 22, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2023.
