(the “Company”) distributed: (i) a letter to its stakeholders from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) and the Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board, on behalf of the Board and (ii) an e-mail communication to its employees from the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
