On April 16, 2020, Uber Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing certain preliminary financial results for the first quarter of 2020 and withdrawing its previously announced guidance for 2020. In the Press Release, the Company also announced that it would hold a conference call on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (4:30 pm Eastern Time) to discuss its financial results for the first quarter of 2020. A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
