Wesbanco, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company's financial results for the first quarter of 2022 will be released after the market close on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Management will also host a conference call to discuss the Company's financial results for the first quarter of 2022 on Wednesday, April 26, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. ET.

WesBanco, Inc. to Host 2022 First Quarter Earnings Conference Call and Webcast on Wednesday, April 27
Wheeling, WVa., April 4, 2022 – WesBanco, Inc. (Nasdaq:WSBC), a diversified, multi-state bank holding company, announced today it will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Todd F. Clossin, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Daniel K. Weiss, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will review financial results for the first quarter of 2022. Results for the quarter are expected to be released after the market close on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.
