David M. Cote

Mr. Cote has served as the Executive Chairman of the Board since September 17, 2024, and as Co-Chief Investment Officer from September 25, 2024 until the transfer of his employment to Resolute Holdings in connection with the completion of the Spin-Off on February 28, 2025, following which he continues to serve as Executive Chairman of the Board. In addition, he has served as the Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Vertiv since February 2020 and as Chief Executive Officer, President and Secretary and Chairman of the board of directors of its predecessor, GSAH I, from April 2018 until February 2020. Mr. Cote previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of multinational conglomerate Honeywell from July 2002 to March 2017 and subsequently as Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Honeywell until April 2018. He joined Honeywell as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2002.
