Michael J. Dozier

Michael Dozier has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer since February 2024. He is responsible for leading BrightView’s growth strategy around revenue generation, business growth and profitability. Since joining BrightView in 2000, he has held various leadership positions, including Senior Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Senior Vice President from 2008 to 2018 and most recently serving as BrightView’s President, Evergreen (Maintenance Services). Prior to joining BrightView, Mr. Dozier worked at ServiceMaster Management Services Group, a leading provider of pest control, restoration and cleaning services. Mr. Dozier holds a bachelor’s degree in Ornamental Horticulture and a master’s degree in Plant and Biological Science from Southern Illinois University.
