With respect to PRSUs granted, the number of securities that vest will depend on the extent to which certain performance criteria are met and could range between 0% and 172.5% of the number of units granted. The maximum value of PRSUs are as follows: Mr. Cote - $4,364,333; Mr. Vasington - $1,423,159; Mr. Nargolwala - $948,829; Mr. Picon - $806,462; and Mr. Lidforss - $853,918. With respect to GPUs granted, the number of securities that vest will depend on the extent to which certain performance criteria are met and could range between 0% and 150% of the number of units granted. The number of PRSUs, and RSUs granted to each NEO during 2021 is detailed in the Grants of Plan Based Awards Table. Represents the grant date fair value of stock options granted during the fiscal year. The grant date fair values have been determined based on the assumptions and methodologies set forth in Note 4, "Share-Based Payment Plans," of our Annual Report on Form 10–K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. Represents the annual incentive bonus awarded to each NEO. See "Compensation Discussion and Analysis-Elements of Executive Compensation-Annual Incentive Bonus" for more information. The table below presents an itemized account of "All Other Compensation" provided to the NEOs, regardless of the amount and any minimal thresholds provided under the SEC rules and regulations.
