Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On March 5, 2026, Rodney Gonsalves, informed Agilent Technologies, Inc. ("Agilent") that he would retire from his position as Agilent’s Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer in January 2027, the exact date to be determined at a later time. Mr. Gonsalves' departure is not related to any disagreement with Agilent on any matter relating to its accounting practices, financial statements, internal controls, or operations and the advance notice of his retirement allows lead time for Agilent to conduct a comprehensive search for his replacement and for Mr. Gonsalves to assist with the orderly transition of duties to his successor.
