On January 10, 2024, Associated Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE: AC) (“Associated Capital”) announced its preliminary range of book value per share for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

Associated Capital Reports Estimated Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results

Greenwich, CT, January 10, 2024 – Associated Capital Group, Inc. (“AC” or the “Company”) (NYSE:AC), announced today a preliminary range for its fourth quarter book value of $41.91 to $42.11 per share. This compares to $41.43 per share at September 30, 2023 and $40.48 per share at December 31, 2022.

AC will be issuing further details on its financial results in February.
