Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 31, 2024, an irrevocable notice of full redemption (the “Notice”) of the 4.375% Senior Notes due 2024 (the “Notes”) issued by Owens & Minor, Inc., was delivered to the holders of the Notes. The Notice calls for the redemption of all of the outstanding Notes (the “Redemption”) on September 16, 2024 (the “Redemption Date”) at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the Redemption Date. The aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes is $171,322,000. The Redemption is being made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes and the indenture governing the Notes.
