Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 23, 2024, Assurant, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2024 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders: (1) elected each of the nominees listed below to the Company’s Board of Directors to serve until the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders or until their respective successors have been elected and qualified; (2) ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024; and (3) approved, by non-binding advisory vote, the 2023 compensation of the Company’s named executive officers.
