On July 30, 2021, American Superconductor Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at which the Company’s stockholders took the following actions:

  1. The Company’s stockholders elected the following directors to its Board of Directors (the “Board”):

2. The Company’s stockholders voted to ratify the appointment by the Audit Committee of the Board of RSM US LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the current fiscal year by a vote of 20,564,880 shares of common stock for, 44,534 shares of common stock against and 119,538 shares of common stock abstaining.
