On June 15, 2023, Michael Yadgar notified the Company of his intent to resign as a member of the board of directors of the Company effective Friday, June 16, 2023. Mr. Yadgar has indicated to the Company that his decision to resign is a result of his other professional commitments, and not the result of any disagreement with the Company or its management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
