Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 12, 2025, AquaBounty Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (“Annual Meeting”), which had been adjourned from its originally scheduled date of May 29, 2025, to consider and vote on the three proposals set forth below, each of which is described in greater detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 4, 2025. The final voting results are set forth below.

Proposal 1 – Election of Directors

The stockholders elected each person named below to serve as a director on the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) for a one-year term of office until the next Annual Meeting, with each director to hold office until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified or until his or her earlier resignation or removal. The results of such vote were as follows:
