Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 27, 2024, Archrock, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the expiration of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, with respect to the Company's pending acquisition of all the issued and outstanding equity interests in Total Operations and Production Services, LLC (“TOPS”), a portfolio company managed by certain affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Archrock AnnouncesExpiration of Hart-Scott-Rodino Act Waiting Period for Acquisition of Total Operations and Production Services, LLC

HOUSTON, August 27, 2024 – Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) today announced the expiration of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (the "HSR Act"), in connection with its pending acquisition of Total Operations and Production Services, LLC.

The expiration of the waiting period under the HSR Act satisfies an important condition necessary for the completion of the transaction.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024 subject to the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
