Azul receives approvals to continue its restructuringprocess
São Paulo, July 9, 2025 – AZUL S.A (B3: AZUL4; NYSE: AZUL), the largest airline in Brazil by number of flight departures and destinations, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has received all court approvals requested for its Second Day Hearing related to the voluntary Chapter 11 request filed by the Company in the United States on May 28, 2025. The approval of the motions, which had already been granted provisionally during the First Day Hearing, ensures the continuation of the process, as planned by the Company, on the path towards a successful restructuring.
During this month, at least one additional hearing shall be held to secure additional approvals. Azul, with the support of its external advisors, remains focused on finalizing the restructuring plan, designed to transform the Company's financial future, positioning the business for the long term.
