Item 8.01   Other Events.

BioCardia, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by the Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) that the FDA has cleared the Company to market its Morph DNA Steerable Introducer product family, subject to the general controls provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
