Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 9, 2021, Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation, (“Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will conduct an investor conference call and webcast on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, to discuss the Company’s Smart Mirror product launch and related corporate strategic planning. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
