On June 8, 2023, the Company received a letter (the “Nasdaq Approval Letter”) from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) advising the Company that its application to list its common stock and warrants on The Nasdaq Capital Market has been approved, and that the Company’s securities will be transferred from The Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market at the opening of business on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
The Nasdaq Approval Letter also confirms that effective simultaneously with the transfer to The Nasdaq Capital Market the previously announced deficiency (announced in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 29, 2022) will be deemed closed.

Coeptis TherapeuticsReceives Approval to Transfer to The Nasdaq Capital Market
Trading to commence effective with the openof business on June 13, 2023
Wexford, PA, June 9, 2023 – Coeptis Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: COEP) (“Coeptis” or the “Company”), a biopharmaceutical company developing innovative cell therapy platforms for cancer, announced today that it received approval from the Nasdaq Stock Market of the Company’s request to transfer its listing to the Nasdaq Capital Market from the Nasdaq Global Market. Trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market will commence effective with the open of business on June 13, 2023, under Coeptis’ current ticker symbols, “COEP” and “COEPW.”
The Nasdaq Capital Market operates in substantially the same manner as the Nasdaq Global Market, including a requirement that companies listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market maintain certain financial requirements and corporate governance standards in order to maintain continued listing.
