On May 30, 2024, Columbia Sportswear Company (the "Company") held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting"). The total number of shares of the Company’s common stock voted virtually or by proxy at the Annual Meeting was 57,750,165, representing approximately 97.10% of the 59,473,458 shares outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. The following matters were submitted to a vote of the shareholders, the results of which were as follows:
