Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 5, 2025, Scott D’Angelo, Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of CTS Corporation (the “Company”) submitted his resignation, effective April 4, 2025 (the “Effective Date”). Mr. D’Angelo’s resignation was a personal decision to pursue another chief legal officer opportunity and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. Mr. D’Angelo will remain Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary until the Effective Date.
