Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.
On March 28, 2025, Curbline Properties LP (the “Borrower”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Curbline Properties Corp. (“the Company”), funded an aggregate of $100 million in indebtedness pursuant to the previously disclosed delayed-draw term loan facility provided under the Company’s previously disclosed Credit Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2024, among the Borrower, the Company, the lenders named therein and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent. The Borrower intends to use the proceeds from the delayed-draw term loan for general corporate purposes.
