Mr. Wen Li, an independent director of Chijet Motor Company, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned as a member of the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) and the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Board, due to personal reasons, effective June 3, 2024. Mr. Li’s resignation was not due to any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Board is in the process of finding a director to fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Mr. Li.
