(b) On August 31, 2020, J.P. Guerin, after 50 years of effective service, notified the Board of Directors of the Daily Journal Corporation and Journal Technologies, Inc. (the “Board”), that he would resign as a member of the Board, effective September 1, 2020, including any committees of the Board on which he serves. Mr. Guerin’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company, its management or the Board on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
