On May 7, 2021, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Virios Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), approved a salary increase for Ralph Grosswald, Vice President of Operations, to $224,859 per year from $199,875, per year, as a result of a review of base salary levels for similar positions among peer companies. The salary increase for Mr. Grosswald will be effective June 1, 2021.
