Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Following its annual review of benchmark data by the Company’s independent compensation consultant, on July 23, 2025, the Leadership Development & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase in the annual base salary of Joe Mastrangelo, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, from $650,000 to $800,000, effective August 1, 2025. This represents the first adjustment to Mr. Mastrangelo’s base salary since 2021.
