On April 13, 2020, Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K announcing that Charles Beard, Jr. was appointed as a Class I director to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective as of April 7, 2020. At that time, the Board had not made any determination regarding committee assignments for Mr. Beard. This amendment is being filed to report that, on April 28, 2020, the Board appointed Mr. Beard to the Compensation Committee and the Governance Committee of the Board.
